Crash analysis for the Fountain Safety Action Plan identified high-frequency serious injury and fatal crash intersections. Using the Level of Service for Safety (LOSS), the current best practice to identify and prioritize 13 high-injury intersections for countermeasure improvements. Crash analysis findings and recommendations for the intersections with the highest number of severe injury/fatal crashes 
are summarized below.
